- Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. If you are later than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. Another deposit will be required if you choose to make another booking
- Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge for the scheduled treatment
- No shows or same day cancellations will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled treatment. Another deposit will be required if you choose to make another booking
